FREE Staging

Is your home vacant? Are there corners that, if furnished, would help your home sell better? Our team offers FREE staging to all sellers. We have our own stock of in-house staging furnishings. We will tour the property, determine the right staging, schedule the installation and removal, as well as cover the moving costs. All of this is included in our commission structure.

Handyman Services

Every home can use a little spruce before going on the market. We are more than happy to have our handyman come in prior to listing the home on the market and do some odd jobs around the house to really make it shine. Depending on the level of work needed, our team will gladly cover some or all of the repair costs. We can discuss this during our listing presentation.

Note: We can also discuss how Compass Concierge could provide an interest free loan for more significant renovations, such as; kitchen or bath renovations, new flooring, new windows, etc.

Doggy Daycare

Is Fido going to be home during showings? We are more than happy to cover the cost of Doggy Daycare during the first weekend your house is on the market. The first weekend live on the market is a crucial time to sell your home. We don’t want you to miss showings or cause your furry friend any extra stress.

Landscaping Lite

Good curb appeal goes a long way to a great first impression. If your home could do with a light update to the landscaping or new plantings, our team will gladly select the best plants and shrubs, schedule the installation, and cover the costs. Let’s make sure that every showing starts off right with a great first impression.

Moving Boxes and Supplies

Maybe your home is completely ready to go and nothing needs to be done. You still have to pack up and move at some point. Work with our team and we will pick up your boxes, packing paper, and tape. We will deliver it to your home, so you have one less thing to worry about.
