Craig became a Realtor® to build relationships and make lasting friendships. His clients and friends are his biggest supporters and cheerleaders, since over 90% of his sales each year come from referrals. Craig has received numerous awards, including awards from Washingtonian Magazine, Washington City Paper, and Top Agent Magazine, but he always shares that his best award is seeing his clients succeed.
Prior to becoming an agent, Craig worked in public accounting – specializing in real estate and construction finance. He offers a unique financial and tax-savvy to his clients that helps inform long-term and short-term decisions real estate strategy. Craig wants to always be a resource to his clients, not only as a real estate advisor, but as a friend and teammate whom they can reach at any time to discuss strategy, alleviate concerns, and answer questions.
Craig was raised in New Hampshire and earned a degree in Accounting from Roanoke College in Salem, VA. In 2010, he moved to DC and transitioned careers to Real Estate in 2013. Beyond Real Estate, Craig keeps busy with hobbies and is dedicated to community service and philanthropy. He currently serves on the Board of Governors for Seabury Resources for Aging, and has held Board positions at Lee Montessori Public Charter School and Chamber Dance Project. When it’s time to relax, he opens a bottle of wine that he likely made through his hobby of crafting wine at home. Craig is disciplined and dedicated in everything he does, including personal fitness. He competed in his first bodybuilding competition in 2018 and is currently training for his next.

Henderson's career before real estate involved contract management, advocating for HOA and condo boards as a paralegal, and most recently working as a processor at a local title company.
