Jay Zelaska is a lifelong native of the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. Josh returns to Real Estate as a Founding Member of Catalyst an RLAH group with over 15 years of experience in Real Estate sales and development both in NYC and here in DC.
After attending New York University, Josh embarked on a successful career in Real Estate where he worked for two of Manhattan’s premier Real Estate Brokerages, where he lwas integral to the development of over 9 multi-million dollar projects in NYC and Brooklyn.
In 2008, Josh moved to Washington, DC to join the Sliwka Group where his success in Real Estate continued. In 2010 when an offer from the largest Health and Fitness Company in the North East came his way; something completely outside of his comfort zone, Josh knew that it was a challenge he could not resist. He spent 5 years managing both sales and operations for the company where he won multiple awards for his leadership and sales success.
Originally from New York City, Josh comes from a family that was involved in Real Estate development in both Manhattan and Long Island since the early 1980’s. When the opportunity presented itself to return to what he is passionate about, he took the leap and is thrilled to be part of the dynamic and professional team that is Catalyst and RLAH
